Basic assumptions you may rely on:
This year we will gather at Claymont, a retreat property in West Virginia, about 15 minutes from Harper's Ferry.
We cook all week under the supervision of our Sustainer and the cuisine is excellent. We are also well-versed in various dietary restrictions should they arise.
We work hard physically every day and balance this with ample time for stillness, awakened rest, and sleep.
We do not permit the use of screens and ask all participants to willingly surrender their phones upon arrival.
We have developed a specialized program for first-years and attempt to maintain a 1:4 staff to first-year ratio. Returning participants are expected to example the core values of Camp, help facilitate activities, and keep service to first-years as their primary aim.
